These side panniers are built on a strong drill waistband with double press stud closure, the panniers have raw edges, so you can steam punk them up if you so desire of wear them under your fave ball skirt for a truly glamorous look. Bustle cage and mini-crini are also available. Make sure you choose your colour ... and select ‘with lace and ribbon’ if you need something just a little more decadent!
